Later I bought Marcus Cookbook Waereing cook the perfect ... I saw his recipe for pasta that came from crumbly.Then food processor to do together after kneading, withou hands.So I think you stick to using her recipe and try tomachine to knead dough again, the dough is too hard, but they meet, smooth and opaque after kneading, just like Marcus said.I in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then start with the maker.First pasta noodles, I turn KA, in dough, if small piece by small piece of spaghetti Out curl and begin a little earlier, then the spaghetti is good, until they stick to everything! I cut out of the car after the long enought, then with some flour.I litterPlatt, one after another and everyone has beautiful, no sticking.I took some pictures and I'll update my blog soon to show you how to get my dough.

I make only whole wheat pasta and each time is great. I had the rigatoni, linguine thick, and thick spaghetti shapes used. It 's very best pasta "fresh" pasta sold in supermarkets, and sorry, but if you ever find "the whole wheat pasta in a business, does not come close to reality. This is the real thing.

I refuse to measure short time. I have more than 2 eggs for a while 'as a cup of whole wheat flour, but I'm not careful enough for accurate measurement. I lookto see if the dough is the right consistency and then set up, if necessary. It must dry to the touch, so it will not leave sticky residue on the fingers, dry enough, cut into pieces and fall apart in life, which is pushing for the form, but not so dry that it breaks. My experience with a car driven crank is at hand, but I think everyone can understand, after a few games, if not before. Learn to recognize the right consistency for the dough is veryeasier than fooling around with the stairs, etc. ...

It 'difficult in a mix of flour extra wet mix mix as an egg or extra water in a dry mix, so you can begin to dry and add egg and water. It's so easy and fun to make pasta with this machine. So far I have pasta, spaghetti and ravioli made thin. They top the ravioli, but its still pretty easy. Its ease of cleaning .. simply brush off. Clamps to your desk and she rolled with the crank is very simple. I make the dough in my food processor a few seconds, then straighten and cut ... It 's a breeze. The longer the process may dry, an hour after the cut, but makes it taste better if you do. HighRecommended! I at one point a couple of tools I'm sure.

I had the opportunity to test this system for KitchenAid, and learned much from this experience. This plant makes the pasta is relatively simple and well built (made in Italy). I have found to make the dough, while the challenge at first very simple. My first impression when I built the plant and is received. The printing paste (another name for this plant), has six different dishes to make noodles. (The dishes are spaghetti, rigatoni, fusilli,Bucatini and two different sizes of macaroni). The plates are apart for cleaning (which I learned while cleaning up my time to make a paste). There is also a cleaning brush, multi-tool for pressing and printing paste to the bottom, a case of plates (the other five food shops, and a pasta press is installed), and instructions.

Press the pasta is made of heavy plastic and comes apart for easy cleaning (except whenNoodles are, you just did, and that's where the key in the game). The working parts are composed of:

1). Printing plate, pressing the dough with the help of the mixer,

2:00). The snail, which feeds the dough to the pasta dish, and is driven by hub mixer. This measures the disk with a key at the end of the screw.,

3). The cutter, which cuts the dough to desired length.,

4). The body housesfunctional parts. and:

5). All parts of the hub to drive the whole operation.

All parts are pretty high quality, if not the slide as good as I want to be. Sometimes the dough is safe for the press, and you must press down again. I would also like the wooden handle, plastic, instead it is now. I understand that KA, make money, reduce costs must, but I'd use less plastic. The parties are quite highQuality, but now.

THE OPERATION:

The press works to make dough in various forms (there is an extruder, but KA is called push the noodles, they are the same thing.) Modules are tubular type, for the most part (except for the fusilli) and is not an option for the pasta dish with this attachment. I'd like to see the different forms different shapes hose real. I'd like to see cool shells and other forms for various courts, although it seemsdoes not provide for her now.

Printing is fully assembled and ready for use, but will most likely want to modify the forms that you want to make noodles. To achieve this, you must unscrew the bottom to hold the sheet in place and take the plate from the floor. This can be done quite easily from the box and probably will not need the multi-tool. This can be very difficult with the dough in the thread, though, so the tool you need and take care of theirquite well and quickly. You will need a lot of elbow grease, this may not be for people with limited strength in their hands.

Secure print on the hub and tighten the screw, and you're set. The mixer is used at different extrusion speed to get the dough if you want, and then hold a bit 'slower than the instructions advise you to go through the process.

Cleanup is easy and plates from the tip of a knife. I find thatMy dishes through the dishwasher makes the process easier if you get the pasta dish by the parties. put the pot back together and you're done.

Finally, I like this link for the most part, but there are some things that could be improved. I like this system, but like most things can be better.

After reading several posts, was not positive if it was not the original Imperia pasta machine or ... I am pleased to say that this is the original Empire, which at the same red / white box is presented elsewhere (indicated by a much higher price, which is currently listed on Amazon).

Complementary accessories suitable for exactly this empire. It comes with the standard roles (as above) plus a plant that has two different settings as shown.

Heavy equipment, very gooddone. Should last almost forever with proper care. There are some quirks with the machine, including connection annoying meter. Depending on the size or type of your kitchen counter, you can run into difficulties ... we. Fortunately, we have a small island of jobs that did the trick. The machine must be near the edge of a count of having a grip on safe distance - these and similar questions for the design of a little 'time to get used to using the first use.

This machine works pasta set! I was hesistant to buy based on other reports. I have several batches of dough and had never done before.
